Unencumbered, zero deflection, fall arrest protection for work bays. A quick, easy, and economical alternative to custom rigid rail systems.
When floor space is precious and the building structure characteristics are right, our pre-engineered rigid rail systems deliver the superior safety and performance of custom-engineered rigid rail overhead systems in a pre-engineered system.
Ideal in situations where the fall distance is short and when the work being performed requires extended periods of precision technical or mechanical on vehicles with low ground clearances, these low-profile systems provide 100% tie off from the ground up and unencumbered fall arrest at the working surface. We ensure work at height systems are safe and compliant for the lifetime of the operation they are designed to protect.
When required, High Engineering provides any required structural analysis, installation and certification services in a turnkey fashion to ensure the modular rigid rail system follows EN 795: 2012 / CEN TS 16415:2013, BS 8610:2017, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.140 & 1926.502 and relevant CSA & ANSI standards. We also work with develop and manage required annual inspection and re-certification programs to make sure the systems we put in stay in compliance.
This modular fall arrest system uses pre-engineered components and a build list based on simple onsite calculations enabling a quick installation that fits the environment with limited disruption to operations.
Rigid rail systems are less susceptible to degradation and need less maintenance than other systems saving money by reducing downtime and interruptions.
A Safer System
Unlike overhead horizontal lifeline arrest systems, Kee Track is a rigid track and trolley system that reduces fall distance and doesn’t put other workers at risk should a fall occur.
Built to Last
With standard usage, the system’s EN-ISO-1461 galvanized steel and enclosed rigid track design only requires minimal annual maintenance and provides decades of trouble-free usage for both indoor and exterior applications.
